A tale of two gardens

This menu has been created around our new kitchen garden named veg & petals based in Malpas, where you will find an abundance of strange & curious herbs, flowers & vegetables.
Alongside this unusual assortment the lovely growers at field 28 cultivate a special selection of flora & micro-herbs for us.
The majority our meat is aged in an Himalayan salt chamber dale, a family ran butchers in Cumbria that specialised in seasonal game and meat from across the Uk.
We work with a changing list of suppliers locally and across the Uk dependent of the season.
