Our menu has been created around our kitchen garden ‘Veg and Petals’
Based in Malpas, our kitchen garden is brimming with extraordinary herbs,
flowers and vegetables
Alongside this unusual assortment the growers at Field 28 cultivate
a special selection of flora and micro herbs for us.
The majority of our meat comes from family run butcher Udale, specialising in seasonal game & meat from across the UK aged in a Himalayan salt chamber
Our suppliers range from local to UK wide dependant on the season.
